4. Click the External ACUS Users radio button.
5. Select any of the check boxes from Import Service, Export Service and Printing Service. For
example, if you select the Import Service check box, then the user will only be able to import data
into ACUS. No other access will be provided.
6. Enter the User Name and Password for the user.
7. Enter the Email Address of the user. The Account Reference Number and Section details are generated
by default and are non-editable.
8. Click Save. The system displays a message, “ created successfully”.
• You can click Send Mail. The user name and password along with the encrypted file is sent to the
user.
• You can click Download to download the encrypted BIN file on your machine.
• You can click Cancel to quit the task and return to the RAC Service User screen. The user will not be
saved.
