When you have connected additional video
equipment to your television, you must also
‘tell’ the system what is connected.
What’s on the CONNECTIONS menu …
AV 1
TV … if you have connected a source registered
as TV.
DTV … if you have connected a source
registered as DTV.
DVD … If you have connected a DVD player.
DVD … If you have connected a Bang & Olufsen
DVD player.
V.MEM … If you have connected a recorder.
V.AUX … If you have connected a source
registered as V.AUX.
NONE … if no equipment is connected.
IR SOCKET … If the equipment connected to this
socket is controlled via IR, select which socket
the IR controller is connected to; C1 or C2.
HDMI … If the source connected to this AV socket
is also connected to the HDMI socket, select
YES, otherwise select NO.
AV 2
TV … if you have connected a source registered
as TV.
DTV … if you have connected a source
registered as DTV.
DVD … If you have connected a DVD player.
DVD … If you have connected a Bang & Olufsen
DVD player.
V.MEM … If you have connected a recorder.
V.AUX … If you have connected a source
registered as V.AUX.
LINK … To display sound and pictures from a
main room video source, if your television is
placed in a link room.
NONE … if no equipment is connected.
IR SOCKET … If the equipment connected to this
socket is controlled via IR, select which socket
the IR controller is connected to; C1 or C2.
HDMI … If the source connected to this AV socket
is also connected to the HDMI socket, select
YES, otherwise select NO.
YPbPr … Indicates whether or not the equipment
is connected to the television via the YPbPr
sockets. Options are YES and NO

PC … If you have connected a BeoMedia.
