6 External Connections
The following connections have to be made in order to connect the Sunny Central externally:
• AC grid connection
• PE rail connection
• AC control voltage
• DC connection
• External messages and signals
• Sensors and digital outputs
• Communication connector
• Emergency stop cabling
• Lightning and overvoltage protection
Installing the external connections
Adhere to the circuit diagram included in the delivery when realizing external connections.
Dimensioning the connections
The implementation of the AC grid connection point as well as the maximum inverter-
specific connection cross-section and terminal lugs are included in the Installation
Requirements of the relevant Sunny Central.
