For later order of any combination of KDD2-DPM, KDD2-DPM-P, KDD2-RAMREC,
KDD2-RGB, KDD2-CHROMA and KDD2-NETCEN order KDD2-SW-OPT once per
switcher and include iButton ID and serial number in the order.
