Rear of the Kaleido-MX (3RU) frame

The rear of the Kaleido-MX (3RU) frame is organized in three sections, matching the front.

Viewed from the rear, the three sections are laid out as follows:

Right

Connectors associated with card slots 1–10 are distributed across color-coded
areas: REFERENCE (mauve), INPUT C and INPUT D (green), and GPI (mauve).

Center The controller card rear connectors are located between the power sockets, below

the fan assembly.

Left

Connectors associated with card slots 11–20 are distributed across color-coded
areas: OUTPUT A and OUTPUT B (yellow), INPUT A and INPUT B (green).

Note:

The Kaleido-MX (3RU) offers a wide variety of ports for incoming and

outgoing signals. With a view towards future expansion, there are ports
whose connections exist but that are currently not fully supported. The SFP
ports are not yet supported.
