Virtual Multiservice Security Gateway
Overview
H3C SecPath virtual multiservice security gateway (VMSG), developed based on H3C Comware V7,
includes the following components:
• H3C SecPath VMSG VFW1000
The VFW1000 is a virtual firewall designed for virtual machines on standard servers. It monitors
and protects virtual data centers and cloud computing networks.
• H3C SecPath VMSG VLB1000
The VLB1000 is a virtual load balancing appliance designed for virtual machines on standard
servers. It provides comprehensive and scalable load balancing functions:

Various load balancing scheduling algorithms, health monitoring algorithms, and session
persistence algorithms ensure complete Layer 4 to Layer 7 server load balancing. This allows for
quick server response and continuous services.
