Configuration restrictions and guidelines

For SPBM to operate correctly, follow the restrictions and guidelines in this section when you configure

SPBM.

Hardware restrictions

In an MDC on an SPBM node, a provider network port cannot be in the same port group as an IRF

physical port, EVI tunnel source interface, or Layer 3 Ethernet interface.
