SMART algorithm does not calculate the rC

SMART algorithm calculates the rC parameter
value.
P33 =
Maximum value of the proportional band
calculated by the SMART algorithm.
This parameter is skipped if P31=0.
It is programmable from P34 or P35 value to
100.0 %.
P34 =
Minimum value of the proportional band
calculated by the SMART algorithm when the
instrument has two control outputs.
This parameter is available only when P7 = 4 and P31 is
different from 0.
It is programmable from 1.5% to P33 value.
