* Full Rendering
1) Rendering Method: Full Rendering

Renders the entire movie. This rendering option will take longer t han
the other rendering options.
2) Type : Select MPEG t ype

Supports MPEG-1 (VCD) and MPEG-2 (SVCD and DVD). Bot h NTSC
and PAL st andards are s upported.
3) Video

Resolution: Vi deo resol ution (screen size).

Frame R ate: Frames per sec ond (fps).

Bitrate: Number of dat a bits used per sec ond (bps).
4) Audio

Sampling Rate: Sampling Frequenc y (KHz).

* Advanced encoding option
1) Int erlace enc oding mode:
Encodes eac h frame by s eparating the fi eld units int o even numbered line fields
and odd numbered line fi elds. You can improve screen qualit y using this opti on
when horizontal lines appear in the input s ource screen. When t he Int erlace
Encoding Mode is set , an MPEG file whose frame t ype is int erlaced is creat ed.
This opti on is available onl y in MPEG 2.
2) De-interlace:
Removes the horizontal lines on the screen entered in the frame unit before
encoding. If you selec t t he I nt erlace Encoding Mode above, you don’t have to
use t his option. I n additi on, if you selec t De-int erlace, you can obtain a good
quality MPEG file wit hout using the I nterlac e Encodi ng Mode.
Interlac e Encoding Mode and D e-Int erlace are ver y effec tive when c onverting
DV-AVI files creat ed by Camcorders int o MPEG files.
