Process Mail Sets with BCR
To process mail sets with BCR, select a BCR job or proceed as follows:
The reading settings for OMR / BCR are set in the reading menu.
See Adjusting Reading Settings on page 46.
1.
Load the documents and envelopes into the feeders. Place the documents with the
barcodes in the main document feeder, see for more information about the orientation:
BCR code on page 39.
The first sheet of a set always contains the address.The code must
appear in the same location on every page.
2.
If necessary, change the fold type. A Z-fold is not possible.
3. Press reading icon and choose Barcode.
4.
Press the Test Run
[1x]
icon to create one mail set and follow the instructions on
screen.
5.
Press the green
[Start]
button to start the mail set production.
