On certain newer systems with RAID storage arrays, you can view drive information in Tree format, as shown on the
previous page, or in Graphic format, as shown below.
The Graphic format displays all the RAID drives in their installed locations in the physical system. This allows you to more
easily identify the drive that has failed or entered into an alarm condition, in case you need to remove the drive from the
server chassis. For example, the system represented by the image below has 20 drive bays arranged in five rows. If drive
8 failed, you would know to remove the drive located in the third row and in the drive bay on the far left side of that row.
You can also click on any drive in the grid to view its SMART attributes and thresholds.
