Recommendation

Time of preparation can take several minutes and depends on quantity, kind and quality of

used dough.

Dough products should be boiled immediately after producing in boiling salted water. This

way you will prevent sticking of dough products. You can fill produced horns with

appropriate mixture (e.g. meat mixture, vegetable mixture, etc.).

For easier releasing the nut

P, you can use the release lever (Fig. 8). Please use the

button

M (reverse run) if the appliance is blocked.

Adapter for slicing / grating of vegetables and fruits, (for ETA 2075 90 000 only)

Assembly (Fig. 5 and 5a)

Push the slicer body

K turning it by 45° clockwise to the drive unit A (Fig. 5). After pushing,

adjust the slicer body to vertical position till it locks, which is followed by characteristic

sound effect (knack).

Insert required adapter (

5A, 5B, 5C, 5D) in accordance with slicing fineness which you

prefer into the slicer body

Now the appliance is prepared for slicing of vegetables. Proceed in the same way when

replacing an adapter. At disassembly, proceed in the contrary way. To release the slider

body, it is necessary to push the button

Use

Slice vegetables into pieces appropriate for inserting into the opening of the slicer body

Insert the pieces into the slicer body

K and carefully push by the slicer rammer K1.

Warning: Never push sliced vegetables by fingers!

Plug the supply cable to socket using the socket plug

A1 and push the switch N

(

START/STOP). The operation indicator lamp L will light. After finishing the preparation,

switch the appliance off by the switch

N (START/STOP).

Recommendation

Remove skin from citrus fruits. In case that the slicer body

K becomes blocked, it is

necessary to switch off the drive unit, remove the slicer body and clean it.

Adapter for a dough (biscuits)

Assembly (Fig. 6 and 6a)

Insert spiral feeder

F into the grinder body D, with tooth wheel F1 ahead.

Fit separator

H on the grinder body D. Be sure that separator scoring fits on the lugs of the

grinder head.

Insert the dough adapter

Q into the nut P and tighten it.

Push the hoop

R with different shapes of dough profiles on the adapter Q. Attach the

grinder body

D to the drive unit A. After pushing, adjust the grinder body D to vertical

position till it locks, which is followed by characteristic sound effect (knack). Set the filling

hopper

B on upper part of the grinder D.

Now the appliance is prepared for preparation of formed dough. At disassembly, proceed

in the contrary way. To release the grinder body, it is necessary to push the button
