Percentage Heart Rate

Depending upon the Percentage Heart Rate program selected (50% Max, 60% Max, 70% Max, 80% Max).
•
Resistance adjustments will be controlled by the program to ensure the user’s heart rate remains within +/- four (4) BPM of
the selected target heart rate.

If the current heart rate is within the target range, the Target Heart Rate Achieve icon will light.
Ending a Heart Rate Program
At any me during the program, the user may press the STOP key to pause the programming for up to fi ve (5) minutes. To restart
the current program, press the GO key. To end the program and view the Workout Summary, press the STOP key twice while the
program is running. Pressing the STOP key three (3) mes while the program is running will end the program, bypass the Work-
out Summary and return the console to Idle mode.
FIT TEST PROGRAM
Fitness Test Overview
The Fitness Test program has been incorporated within the 910 console to provide the user with the ability to
measure and track their fi tness gains at home. The Diamondback Fitness version of this test is based upon the stan-
dards and protocol the YMCA® employs for the measurement and tracking of an individual’s progress towards their
personal fi tness goals. It should be men oned that the informa on provided by this test is rela ve in nature and is
not meant to serve as a precise measurement of one’s physical fi tness or cardiovascular capacity.
How the Test Works - During physical exer on, muscles covert oxygen into the fuel needed for the energy to perform the re-
quired tasks. The harder the muscles work, the more oxygen the muscles require. This oxygen is delivered to the muscles via the
cardiovascular (blood) system. To keep pace with the increased oxygen demand, the heart increases the delivery of oxygenated
