Set Frame Threshold Alarm

Once the Frame Error Ratio exceeds the preset threshold value, it will then switch the ACTIVE
PATH to the PROTECTION PATH.

Measure Error Ratio
MEARSURE ERROR RATIO will measure and display Line Code Violation (LCV), Cyclic
Redundancy Check (CRC), and Frame Error (FRME).
