5. Communications Options
The iPIO units have a number of means of communication.
Factory Defaults:

Two user types are supported Administrator and User. The chart below details the available functions of
each type.

Web Browser
Point your browser to the IP address of the iPIO unit and enter the credentials as set. The web pages
provide status information on the inputs and outputs of the iPIO, as well as provide configuration for the unit.
Open a browser to the default or current IP address of the unit. Enter the default username and password.

Telnet
The system supports the Telnet communications protocol for basic setup only.
Connect via Telnet client to the IP address of the iPIO. Enter the credentials as set.

SNMP
The iPIO is SNMP manageable. Up to four SNMP managers can be defined for the purpose of delivering
