The final piece to the CiM-25 security design is the PING Enable/Disable feature. This
feature allows the Administrator to disable PING on an individual CiM-25. This in effect
conceals the CiM-25 from most hackers.

In addition to the three items described above under Security, the CiM-25 provides the
following network administration facilities:

Configure IP Address, IP Gateway, and IP Mask.

Select Primary and Secondary DNS server IP addresses.

Select SMTP domain Name and IP address.

Select SNMP Trap IP address and SNMP Trap Community.
