Fix for using keyboards when remote controlling other MagicQ systems. Since 1.5.9.2 MagicQ when remote controlling using
Windows, Mac and Linux MagicQ PC builds would not support the keyboard correctly. This only affected keyboard keys - button
presses from MagicQ consoles and wings would work correctly. #0006707, #0005460
Inbuilt bitmaps on Media page 1 of the Pixelmapper were not showing correctly on MQ60 and Pro 2010 consoles in recent betas.
