Accepting a Specific Call for Your
Colleague
You hear another telephone ring.
Press the key. The LED lights up

If you know the number of the telephone that is ringing, enter it direct-
ly.

Press the flashing key.
Rejecting Calls
You can reject calls that you do not want to accept. The call will be re-
routed to a telephone assigned for this purpose (contact System Sup-
port).
The telephone rings. The caller is displayed.
Press the key.
Your telephone will continue to ring if the call cannot be rejected. The
message "Your request cannot currently be executed" will be dis-
played (e. g. in the case of automatic recalls).
