2.9 CFast card
The CFast card is a non­volatile storage medium.
In order to store data in a non­volatile manner, they must be stored on the CFast card.
Note
Using CFast cards
We strongly recommend that only CFast cards supplied by Beckhoff Automation GmbH &
Co. KG should be used. These are industry­standard CFast cards with enhanced number
of write/read cycles and an advanced temperature range (­25 °C to +85 °C). Proper opera­
tion can only be guaranteed with CFast cards from Beckhoff Automation!
