of data (alphabetic only, specific
ranges of numbers, etc.). Refer
to the format definition for
acceptable characters for this
field.
If you do not have a format
definition, see your System
Administrator.

Length is nn. The field requires a specific
number of characters (nn).
Enter the number of characters
shown on the screen.
Invalid Length
Must be Even. An I 2 of 5 bar code field
contains an odd number of
characters.
Re-enter the bar code data
correctly, using an even number
of characters.
Let Head Cool.
Press ENTER. Turn the printer Off immediately.
Let the printer cool for 15
minutes, then turn the printer
On. If the message re-occurs,
call Monarch Service.
