This function determines what part of the application is currently in focus.
Arguments
bAllowFloaters

The
bAllowFloaters
argument is a Boolean value:
true
if you want the function to return the name of the floating
panel, if a floating panel has focus;
false
otherwise.
Returns
One of the following strings:

string if the document window is in focus

string if the Site panel is in focus

string if the Text view is in focus
