Wet Contact:
The SW2 need to switch to “OFF” state. The GPI signal will have no pull up
resistor internally when you switch “SW2” to “OFF” state.
In this case, the external input signal will have a voltage of high level by itself.
The maximum voltage of high level can be accepted up to 30Vdc.
The figure below shows how to connect an external output source to one of
isolated input channel.

CN3 connector for GPO signal ( digital signal output )
The CN3 has 8 isolated digital output channels. Each channel can accept
0~30Vdc voltage. And it is able to drive 500mA current for low level. The
signal connection of CN3 support two connected methods for output signal
type.
Dry Contact:
The SW1 to need switch to “OFF” state. The GPO signal will no have a pull
up resistor internally when you switch “SW1” to “OFF” state.
The output signal will has two state, one is low level (driven to 0V from GPO
signal ) other is open ( high voltage is provided from external device).
