POWER STEERING COOLER RELOCATION

A. Remove the factory installed nut clips from the

cooler.

B. Take the factory nut clips and reinstall them on

the side of the cooler tabs. Attach them so that
the bolt can be threaded in from the front of the
car.

C. Reinstall the cooler on the front side of the

sheetmetal lip with the supplied 1/4-20 bolts and
washers coming in from the front, moving the
cooler slightly forward. (See

Figs. 8-a, 8-b.)

FAN SHROUD MODIFICATION

A. Unbolt the fan shroud from the radiator.
B. Trim the shroud as shown. Leave approximately

1/8” of material above the outer ring of the fan.

Figs. 9-a, 9-b, 9-c)

C. Reinstall the fan shroud.
