4.2.6 Negate Command
The following commands are available for deleting settings.
Command description
no ip Delete IP information
no password Turn off the privileged level password
no port Delete port subsystem setting
no trunk Delete trunk group setting
no vlan Delete VLAN subsystem setting
Example
Delete the existing trunk setting.
4.2.7 Password
User can enter Configure Mode by inputting the correct password. The default password is
“adlink”, and you can change it as below.
The following command allows you to change the password.
Command description
password 8 WORD Specifies an ENCRYPTED ‘enable’ password
password LINE The UNENCRYPTED (cleartext) 'enable' password
Example
Change the password, and login to Configure Mode with the new password.
ATCA-N700(config)# show trunk
Trunk 2 -- mode: Src_MAC ; ports: xe2-xe4.
ATCA-N700(config)# no trunk 2
ATCA-N700(config)# show trunk
No trunk group is in use.
ATCA-N700# password aaa
ATCA-N700# exit
ATCA-N700> enable
