SHDSL Line Setting
If your SHDSL connection is disconnected or the connection is faulty, you can try to reconnect using the SHDSL
Line Setting menu. The SHDSL/Link LED Indicator will light green if you have a viable SHDSL link. You can
also look at the Summary statistics and Line Condition windows to diagnose problems with the SHDSL
connection.
To reestablish the SHDSL connection, click the Retrain button. The Router will initiate a new attempt to
negotiate and establish the SHDSL connection. If this fails, check to make sure you are using the correct PVC
(VPI/VCI) settings and restart the Router. If problems persist, call your ISP or SHDSL service provider. Inability
to initiate or maintain the SHDSL link may indicate a problem at the other end (DSLAM) of the SHDSL
connection.
