ELECTRIC FIREPLACE
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Models: (V)E32L, (V)E32LB, (V)E32LH, (V)E32LBH
(V)E36L, (V)E36LB, (V)E36LH and (V)E36LBH
Servicing Fan Blower
If the fan blower requires service, it may be removed as follows:
1. Remove the 3 light bulbs from the lamp fixtures (see Replacing
Light Bulbs, page 13).
2. Disconnect the two 1/4" blade connectors at the motor unit.
3. Remove 4 hex nuts and washers located on the blower mount at
the base of the cabinet. See Figure 37.
4. Lift entire fan assembly off its mounts and tilt it out of the unit.
5. Remove the 4 nut and bolt combinations from the fan housing.
6. Remount the new fan to the blower mount in reverse order.
7. Slide the blower assembly with spacers over the mounting lugs
and replace the washer and nut at each lug. Do not over tighten.
Note: The wire connectors for the fan motor are non-polarized and
may be connected to either of the 2 terminals for proper operation.
