REPLACE BELT GUARD

ENGINE

Maintenance, repair, or repiacement ofthe emission controi
devices and systems, which are being done at the custom
ers expense, may be performed by any non-road engine
repair estabiishment or individuai. Warranty repairs must
be performed by an authorized engine manufacturer's

service outiet,

TO ADJUST CARBURETOR

The carburetor has been preset at the factory and adjustment
shouid not be necessary. However, engine performance

can be affected by differences in fuei, temperature, aititude
or ioad. If the carburetor does need adjustment, contact
your nearest authorized service center/department

IMPORTANT:

NEVER TAMPER WITH THE ENGINE

GOVERNOR, WHICH IS FACTORYSET FOR PROPER ENGINE
SPEED. OVERSPEEDINGTHE ENGINEABOVETHE FACTORY
HIGH SPEED SETTING CAN BE DANGEROUS. IFYOU THINK

THE ENGINE-GOVERNED HIGH SPEED NEEDS ADJUSTING,

CONTACTYOUR NEAREST AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER/
DEPARTMENT, WHICH HAS THE PROPER EQUIPMENT AND
EXPERIENCE TO MAKE ANY NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS.
