Connecting the enclosed
T-shaped FM antenna

The T-shaped I M anienna is for indoor use

only. Extend the antenna and move it in vari­
ous directions until the clearest signal is

received. Fix it u'ith push pins or similar in

the position giving the least amount of distor­
tion.

The ,'\M loop antenna is for indoor use only.
Set it in the diiection and position where you

receive tlie clearest sound. Put it as lar as pos­

sible away from the main unit. TV set,
speaker cables and power cord.

Connecting an FM outdoor
antenna

If the reception is not very clear with the

attached T-shaped F.\1 antenna, the use of an

external antenna is recommended.
Please make sure that you comply with the

following considerations regarding the loca­
tion.

When reception is not satisfaclorv using the
attached AM loop antenna alone, connection

of an external antenna is recommended, (Do

not remove the .AM loop antennal
The external antenna will be more elTective if

you stretch it horizontally in a high place
above ;i window or outside.
