Printout is unsatisfactory
● Meaningless characters or symbols printed
Cause:
Previous print job cancelled before it was finished.
Solution:
Switch off the printer and computer, switch them on again, and print again.
Cause:
Not using the correct printer driver.
Solution:
Start the print procedure again and make sure BJC-3000 is displayed in the Name box of the Print dialogue
box.
Cause:
Printer cable not connected correctly.
Solution:
Check that the printer cable is securely fastened to the computer and the printer.

Cause:
Printer cable fault.
Solution:
Try using another printer cable.
