EXCEPT as otherwise specified by the manufacturer, this product is specifically designed for com-
pressed air service, and use with any other fluid (liquid or gas) is a misapplication. For example, use
with or injection of certain hazardous liquids or gases in the system (such as alcohol or liquid petroleum
gas) could be harmful to the unit or result in a combustible condition or hazardous external leakage.
Manufacturer's warranties are void in the event of misapplication, and manufacturer assumes no
responsibility for any resulting loss. Before using with fluids other than air, or for non-industrial applica-
tions, or for life support systems consult manufacturer for written approval.
INSTALLATION
1.Refer to above caution.
2.Install unit with a signal pressure flowing into

" NPT female port.
3.Maximum operating pressure is 250 psig at 150°F. Minimum operating
pressure is 10 psig
4.Standard switch is 125 volt, 3 amp, normally open, single pole single
throw.
5.Inlet pressure is vented to atmosphere through a .015" diameter, con-
stant bleed orifice A. This allows pressure to decay for switch reset when
signal pressure is removed from the unit. This orifice may be plugged
with a screw if it is not required or desired; however, unless other means
are available to reduce the pressure in the unit (such as a 3 -way valve),
the switch will not reset and will remain closed.
MAINTENANCE
1.IF SWITCH WILL NOT ACTUATE, check o-ring for wear or damage.
Relubricate o-ring before reassembling.
2.IF SWITCH WILL NOT RESET, inspect orifice A and clean if restricted.
