[Error indicator status]
Possible cause and remedy
Power off
AC adapter is disconnected.
→ Ensure the connection of power supply.
CPU error (CPU hang-up)
→ Contact your TOA dealer.
Data write error
Writing data failed because the unit's power is shut off or
other trouble occurs during data write or firmware update.
→ Contact your TOA dealer.
Firmware exception handling occurrence
→ Push the front-mounted Reset button to restart the unit
operation.
If this happens frequently, contact your TOA dealer.
Communications-related errors on network and control
Causes may be the following: Power-off or network
disconnection of the unit set to be controlled, duplicate
control (busy), NX-100/100S setting errors (impossible
control or communications settings), and network
equipment setting errors.
→ Establish a connection to the unit to be controlled, or
change settings of individual equipment.
Packet collision occurrence
The NX-100/100S and the connected network equipment
are in half-duplex communications, and collision occurs.
This may cause intermittent sound when audio signals are
transmitted.
→ It is preferable to use the NX-100/100S in full-duplex
communications.
Network disconnection
LAN cable is disconnected or network equipment is turned
off.
→ Ensure each connection to the network equipment.
Excessive audio signal input (Distorted output signal)
Audio signal level applied is excessively high.
→ Set the input volume control and the input level selection
switch appropriately.
