USE
This radiolucent device can be used with any flat support surface where ionizing radiation (x-ray) is utilized for imaging. This arm board can be
used for imaging in any environment including private practice, hospital & surgery. It can be used to support arms and feet. Note this product is an
imaging platform & is not a surgical platform
DIRECTIONS
Unfold the Arm Board and slide the Base Section under the patient and the table top. Position the patient and the Support Section to suit the
needs of the procedure. The weight of the patient will hold the Arm Board in place.
Rotate the
Support Section to the desired position. This section rotates up to 180º.
To remove the Arm Board, ask the patient to move their limb off the Support Section and lift their body slightly. This will allow you to pull out
the Base Section of the Arm Board. Fold the Base and Support Sections for storage.
CLEANING & DISINFECTION
Use a 10% sodium hypochlorite (bleach) solution or Recommended Disinfectants on all surfaces. Remove the pad to clean all sides. Follow the direc-
tions on the disinfectant and wipe off excess.
Recommended Disinfectants (Approved US Products): Protex, MadaCide, Accell TB, Virox ® (Customer to suggest disinfectants available in other
countries. Oakworks must approve.)
Note: Damage caused by unapproved substances will not be covered under the warranty.
