4.2.2 Valve Mounting
1. Remove the four 4MBP plugs from the two
station valve block. This valve block may
already be installed on the sprayer.
2. Insert the 0.047” orifice (F07A) into the “B”
port of the expansion block with the notch
facing in (Figure 14).
3. Insert the 0.042” orifice (F07B) into the “A”
port of the expansion block with the notch
facing in (Figure 14).
4. Mount the 6MB-4MOR fittings (F12) into
the “A” and “B” ports on the NORAC
expansion block.
5. Coat the four o-rings in hydraulic oil and
install them into the expansion block. Make
sure the o-rings are properly seated.
6. Attach the expansion block to the 2 station
block using the included spring washers and
bolts.
7. Tighten the bolts to 31 ft-lbs Torque.

8. Mount the NORAC valve on the
sprayer using the valve mounting
bracket (if not mounted already).
