(3) Carrying Out Measurement

Step 1: Preheat
Work screen without preheating,
see chap.11.1.3 Work screen with preheating,
see chap.11.1.3
Sample display: Work screen with weighing
guide disabled, see chap: 11.1.4 The display may prompt you to close the sample
chamber.
Sample display: Work screen with weighing
guide enabled, see chap: 11.1.4
Close sample chamber, preheating will start.
The warning symbol will be displayed for
temperatures > 50°C.
You may stop preheating during the preheating
period by tapping .

Step 2: Determining the initial weight of a sample
 Put an empty sample dish on the
sample dish holder and move it to the
sample chamber.
 Tare empty sample dish.
 Place sample in sample dish.

weight
±tolerance as described below.
