: If you press the RETURN/CLEAR button while a menu appears on
the screen, you will return to the previous menu screen.
When ANGLE ICON is selected:

ON: The angle icon automatically appears In white on the TV screen while a scene
recorded from multiple angles is played back. When you display the angle
number on the screen by pressing the ANGLE button, the angle icon is lit in red.
OFF: The angle icon is not displayed.

Some DVD video discs contain special subtitles, an enhancement of closed
captioning for hearing impaired persons. When you set EXTENDED FEATURES to
"ON" by pressing the SUBTITLE button, the DVD video player automatically
displays these special subtitles.

To change the language vjhile a disc is inserted:
1) Press the TITLE or MENU button to display the disc menu.
2) Press the SETUP button.
If the disc menu has only one language, the display does not
appear.

3) Press the SETUP button repeatedly to select the language.

4) Press the ENTER button.
The disc menu is displayed in the selected language.
Press SETUP.
The setting screen disappears.
