DO NOT INSTALL IN LOCATIONS WITH HIGH MOISTURE
OR DUST
Avoid installing the unit in locations with high incidence of mois­
ture or dust. Moisture or dust that penetrates into this unit may
cause smoke or fire.
MAKE THE CORRECT CONNECTIONS
Failure to make the correct connections can cause fire or acci­
dent to occur.
ARRANGE THE WIRING SO IT IS NOT CRIMPED OR
PINCHED
Route the cables and wiring so as not be crimped by moving
parts like seat rail or make contact with sharp or pointed spots
which might damage the wiring.
When playing 3-inch CDs in the 7909, do not use an adaptor
ring. Adaptor rings may become stuck inside the player and
damage the mechanism.
Irregular Shaped Discs
Make sure the discs you use in this unit do not have any
irregularities. The outer and inner edges should be round and
smooth. Use of irregularly shaped discs may cause damage
to the mechanism.
