Certain satellite programmes are transmitted in an encoded form that require de-scrambling by the end
user. The STD 801 IRD comes to you with an integral VideoCrypt decoder that allows you to view only
programmes that are scrambled using the VideoCrypt system when used with a suitable viewing card. A

subscription must be paid for a viewing card to allow you to view these programmes.

For details on getting a viewing card contact your dealer or Sky Television as follows:

Sky Subscribers Services Ltd.,

Tel: 0506 460000

PO Box 43,
