CLEAR Spot Home Page / Advanced Settings / Device / Log
Logs are a great way to find out what your CLEAR Spot is doing and where it might be having
problems.
This window allows you to change the CLEAR Spot’s logging rules.
Verbose System Event Logging: Enable logging of system events.
Connect/Disconnect: Enable logging of devices that connect / disconnect from the CLEAR Spot.
Time Acquisition Method: Time information is stored in the connection history log and system
events log.

3G: Time information is obtained from the 3G network.
o
NTP: The CLEAR Spot’s clock is synchronized to a Network Time Protocol server on the
internet.
Export and Clear Logs: Clear the logs or export them to text files.
When you’re ready to set your CLEAR Spot logging rules, click “Save”.
If you don’t desire to make any changes, click “Cancel” and you’ll see the CLEAR Spot Home Page.
Note: The Advanced Settings Tab appears on every window of the CLEAR Spot Home Page.
