THE CONSOLE NIGHT LIGHT
The console night light is located on the top of the
control panel. It has two replaceable parts. The
fluorescent light is a standard F8T5 miniature
fluorescent lamp. The starter is the knob-shaped
part to the left of the light. It is a standard FS-5C
starter. The console night light will not work during
the Self-Cleaning cycle.
• Press the TOP pad momentarily.

1. Fit starter prongs into starter mounting base and
turn clockwise.

Siide bulb prongs into bulb mounting base
ends. Roll the bulb forward or backward 90°
until you hear a click.
1. Unplug range or disconnect power.

From the front of the range, push back on lens
and lift lens out.
3.
Push release lever toward the bulb. The left end
of the light assembly will raise up.

Push down on the left bulb mounting base. You
will hear a click indicating the assembiy has
latched.

Replace the lens cover. Position the two rear lens
cover tabs in front of the two metal spring clips,
located directly behind the bulb. Push back and
down on the lens to lock lens into position.

Plug in range or reconnect power.

To remove the starter, turn it counterclockwise
and lift out of its mounting base.

To remove the bulb, roll it forward or backward
90° until you hear a click, then lift out.
