General Information
Variable Speed Mechanical Drive for Film
Application
The Resource I is a spring driven mechanical
drive for fi lm applicators. designed to assist in
the preparation of fi lms and coatings of uniform
thickness. The apparatus is designed to accept a
wire wound rod type fi lm applicator. Other types
of applicators (e.g. fi xed clearance and adjustable
clearance blade applicators) may be placed in
front of the wire rod applicator. an optional adapter
or infront of a „dummy“ wire rod applicator
provided by the user.
