Open the grinding chamber.

Hold the fixed grinding disk tightly from the inside and remove the

fastening screws or fastening nuts.

4.

Remove the fixed grinding disk and clean the surfaces. Reverse the

steps to insert the replacement grinding disk.

9.3.2 Exchanging the movable grinding disks

1.

Open the grinding chamber.

2.

To be able to remove the fastening screws (fastening nuts for

ZrO

2

) behind the movable grinding disk, this has to be moved far

forward.

3.

To do this, remove the cover cap of the stop screw.

4.

Remove the lock nut with a 13 mm spanner and turn the stop

screw back using a 4 mm hexagon socket screw key.

5.

Use the rotary handle to turn the movable disk so far forward that

the coupling cover (9) is touching the housing.

6.

Block the movable grinding disk.
Remove both fastening screws for the movable grinding disk with

a 30 mm spanner.

7.

Hold the movable grinding disk tightly and remove the fastening

screws.

8.

Remove the movable grinding disk and clean the surfaces. Reverse

the steps to insert the replacement grinding disk.

9.

Move the movable grinding disk back again using the rotary

handle and close the grinding chamber.

NOTICE!
The movable grinding disk has to be moved back until

the two grinding disks no longer touch when closing.

Otherwise there is a risk that the grinding disks will

be destroyed.

10.

Now the smallest gap width must be set, as explained in

Ä

Chapter 6.1 ‘Setting the minimum gap width’ on page 22.
