6. Disconnect the high pressure hose from the pump.
7. Disconnect the high pressure supply hose from the
valve using a 15/16” wrench. See Figure 4.3.
8. Disconnect the high pressure hose that connects
the valve to the base of the cylinder.
9. Remove the return hose fitting:
9a. Hold the fitting with a 1” wrench.
See Figure 4.4.
9b. Back off the jam nut with a 1” wrench.
9c. Remove the fitting.
10. Remove the two screws that hold the valve to the
mounting bracket using a 9/16” wrench.
See Figure 4.5.
11. Remove the two screws that hold the mounting
bracket to the cylinder using a 1/2” wrench.
