The NucleoCounter
®
NC- 3000™ is a multicolor fluorescent cell-analyzing
instrument. The NucleoCounter
®
has the advantage of short training time before the
user can run highly advanced cell analysis protocols. The instrument itself is
calibration free. The individual calibration parameter for a sample media will be
read/used by the instrument during analysis.
