MIDI TO CV
A MIDI to CV converer converts MIDI Note messages into analogue voltages allowing
Vostok to be played using a MIDI keyboard or DAW.
MIDI IN socket
This is the MIDI In socket. Connect to the MIDI Out of your DAW, sequencer or MIDI
keyboard.
MIDI THRU socket
Use to connect further MIDI devices.
PITCH CV socket
This is the 1V/Octave pitch control CV. MIDI note number is converted to a voltage.
Use this to ‘play’ the VCOs.
CC CV socket
Depending how set – this socket outputs a CV that is controlled by either note velocity
or MIDI controller.
