The ribbon cassette is
not installed or is
installed incorrectly.

switch on again. If the
CPA does not function
properly, reset the
CPA (p. 112), and then
print the records on the
paper roll. If the CPA
still does not function
properly, perform a total
reset following the
procedure on p. 17.
