The station names stored in memory are automatically registered into the electronic telephone directory in
alphabetical order. You can make a fax or voice call by selecting the desired station name on the display.
If you wish to send a fax, insert the documents into the document tray first.

Press the dial key which the first initial of the
station name is assigned (see the index table
below).
Example:
To search a name with starting “N”:
Press 0 until the first station name
with starting “N" is displayed. Press @
until the desired name is displayed.
OR
Press (§) or (A) repeatedly until the desired
name is displayed.
Press
[START/COPY/SETj.
oThe unit will start dialing.
o|f a document is fed into the unit, the unit will start
transmission.
