This icon is a logical representation of a network
interface or port, see

Interface Number Label

This label identifies this interface (”e” indicates an
Ethernet interface, “b” indicates a backplane
interface, and the numeral represents the
interface number on this module).

Interface Type Label

This label displays the type of network interface
module (e.g., Ethernet, FDDI, etc.).

Interface Icon Subviews

Administrative Status Label

This label displays the state of this port (On, Off,
Testing).
