AV8OR 3D Airport / Navaid Screen
When you click the NRST or Srch buttons, AV8OR 3D displays a list of airports, navaids, or waypoints.
NRST displays them in order of distance. SRCH is alphabetical.
Choose the type of item to list by selecting Airport, VOR, or NDB.
Type the ICAO code into the Code field to select an airport or navaid.
Wx lists only the airports that report weather.
Setting Description
Close Quits the list and returns to the main display.
E-Glide Draws an emergency glide HITS.
Direct-To Draws a HITS to the chosen airport or navaid.
CnlNav Deactivates any E-Glide, direct-to, flight plan, or approach.
Search Displays the list screen.
Info Displays a page of information about the chosen airport or navaid.
Plates Displays a list of NACO plates for the chosen airport, if any.
Wx Displays the weather report for the chosen airport, if any.
Gray buttons Buttons that appear in gray are temporarily disabled.
Warning: AV8OR 3D is not to be used as a primary navigation reference. It is designed to be an aid to situational awareness and to
provide a backup reference in case of electrical or primary instrument failure.
