Operations Common to Each Mode
● Setting the method for title scroll
Set how to scroll in CD-TEXT, MP3/WMA TITLE.
∗ The factory default setting is “ON”.
2-1. Select “ AUTO SCRL”.
3-1. Turn the [ROTARY] knob to select “ON” or
“OFF”.
• ON:
Scrolls automatically.
• OFF:
Scrolls just 1 time when the title was
changed or you press and hold the [T]
button for 1 second or longer.
● Setting the dimmer control
You can set the dimmer control.
∗ The factory default setting is “ON”.
2-1. Select “ DIMMER”.
3-1. Turn the [ROTARY] knob to select “ON” or
“OFF”.
● Setting the auto-dimmer
This function allows you to dim the lighting of
the display matched to the illumination or the
brightness inside your vehicle.
∗ The factory default setting is “AUTO”.
2-1. Select “ DIMMER IN”.
3-1. Turn the [ROTARY] knob to select “AUTO”
or “ILLUMI”.
• AUTO:
Interlocked to the brightness inside your
vehicle.
• ILLUMI:
Interlocked to the illumination inside your
vehicle.
To change other settings
1. Press the [ADJ] button to switch to the
adjustment selection display.
2. Press the [ å , ∂ ] lever upward or
downward to select the “item name”.
Each time the [ å , ∂ ] lever is pressed
up/down, the item display changes in the
following order:
“ BLINK LED” ↔ “ SUB-W” ↔ “
SUB-W LPF” ↔ “ AMP CANCEL” ↔ “
LINK ACT” ↔ “ LANGUAGE” ↔ “
AUX/TEL” ↔ “ AUX SENS” ↔ “ TEL
SPEAKER” ↔ “ TEL-SWITCH” ↔ “
CALIBRATE” ↔ “ A-VOL SENS” ↔ “
SYSTEM CHECK”
3. Turn the [ROTARY] knob to select the
“desired setting item”.
∗ ∗∗ ∗∗ After completing settings, press the
[ADJ] button to return to the previous
mode.
● Anti-theft indicator
The red Anti-theft indicator is a function for
preventing theft. When the DCP is removed
from the unit, this indicator blinks.
∗ The factory default setting is “OFF”.

3-1. Turn the [ROTARY] knob to select “ON” or
“OFF”.
● Setting the subwoofer
You can set the subwoofer on or off.
∗ The factory default setting is “ON”.
2-1. Select “ SUB-W”.
3-1. Turn the [ROTARY] knob to select “ON” or
“OFF”.
● Setting low pass filter
∗ The factory default setting is “THROUGH”.
∗ If subwoofer function is set “ON”, “ SUB-W
LPF” can be selected.
2-1. Select “ SUB-W LPF”.
3-1. Turn the [ROTARY] knob to select the
setting. Each time you turn the [ROTARY]
knob, the setting changes in the following
order:
THROUGH ➜ 50 ➜ 80 ➜ 120
