Unscreened Call Transfers
You can answer a call at your station and transfer it to another telephone. If you
transfer the call without first announcing it, you have made an unscreened transfer.
· To transfer an unscreened call to another system
telephone,
1. ANSWER call.
2. PRESS
TRNS/CONF (call is automatically placed on hold).
3. DIAL extension number of telephone to receive transfer, OR
PRESS
DSS/BLF button for that extension.
4. PRESS
SPEAKER to disconnect (if in station mode), OR HANG
UP. The transfer will ring at the called telephone.
· If the intercom party is busy or does not answer,
1. PRESS flashing line button AND LIFT handset if privacy is
desired.
